These 2lb density Polyurethane Foam sheets come in 1/2″ and 3/4″ thickness and are 24″ x 48″. They are ideal for coring materials in a fiberglass sandwich and offer high strength-to-weight ratio and excellent durability.

Polyurethane Foam Sheets 24″ x 48″

These 2lb density Polyurethane foam sheets are perfect for fiberglass construction. These durable sheets are often used in everything from boat manufacturing to tanks, tooling, containers, wind blades, canoes, flooring and so much more. The foam is closed cell content up to 99%. The R-value per inch is 6.5.

The 2’x4′ size sheets come in 1/2″ and 3/4″ thickness and ship via standard ground service.

Polyurethane Foam is and great choice for fiberglass panels because:

  • Low resin absorption
  • Great impact strength
  • Great stiffness to weight ratio
