Pumice Gelcoat Additive

 

Our FGCI Pumice Gelcoat Additive is a perfect paint or gelcoat additive to create an anti-slip surface. We offer different grain sizes. The smaller grain can be mixed into the gelcoat or paint and sprayed on your desired surface. Our pumice additive will not affect the final color of your paint or gelcoat

With FGCI, you can rest assured that your batch will be within specs every time, with the same color, viscosity, strength and application characteristics as you would expect from a high quality product. Pumice Additive

 

The instructions for this product are rather straight forward and easy.

Step 1:
Mix and apply your first layer of gelcoat.

Step 2:
Follow gelcoat instructions to build up the proper millage of gelcoat needed.

Step3:
Before your final coat, and while your previous coat is still tacky, tape off the area you want the non skid. Sprinkle by hand, or by your personal choice of application. Then apply your final coat of Gelcoat with the Sanding Aid Wax Additive. You will end up with a shiny, non skid surface!
