Carbon Fiber Cloth not only looks amazing, but is unparalleled in strength-to-weight ratio. Carbon fibers are weaved in a 2×2 twill, meaning they pass over two tows (strands) and under two tows, giving it added strength. Carbon Fiber doesn’t use a binder, so you want to use tape or a blocker to ensure the weave stays in place. Carbon Fiber can be used in anything from aeronautical applications to marine applications and more. You can use Polyester, Vinylester or Epoxy resins with this, but most people tend to look for a clear resin to show off the aesthetics of the cloth.
