CORING, CORED PANELS & SURFBOARD BLANKS - balsa, Nida-core, Divinycell, polyurethane; cores are essential to create stiffness with minimal weight; suitability of cores needs to be determined by a professional designer

  the respected historical core material, end grain balsa should be coated with resin to enhance bond
